3 c. Dole pineapple-orange-banana juice
3/4 tsp. apple pie spice
2 c. orange sherbet, softened
1 bottle sparkling apple cider, chilled
2 to 3 drops red food coloring

Combine juice and apple pie spice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and cool. Place sherbet in a large punch bowl. Add cooled juice mixture, apple cider, and food coloring. Stir well. (Chunks of sherbet will remain in punch.) Yield: 6 1/2 cups.
