LILLIAN'S POT ROAST | |
4 lb. roast 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 env. dried onion soup 1 lg. chopped onion 3 cloves garlic 2 c. red wine 2 c. water 1 bay leaf 1 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. basil Put it all in a pot. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. (160 degrees medium, 140 degrees rare.) Serves 12. |
