MOM'S CINNAMON BUNDT CAKE 
1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix
1 (3.9 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. vanilla

Sugar Mixture:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix first 7 ingredients together and beat fast for 8 minutes. Combine sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Pour 1/2 of dough mixture into a greased and floured bundt pan; sprinkle on 1/2 of sugar mixture. Add rest of dough and then remaining sugar mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or for the time instructed on cake mix box.
