PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
1 (6 oz.) pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained

Put rice and seasonings in long shallow pan. Mix and heat to boiling soup and water. Pour over rice. Add vegetables and mix to blend together. Brown the pork chops, then layer over rice and vegetable mixture. Cover and bake 1 hour 20 minutes a 350 degrees.
