MIRACLE FUDGE FROSTING 
5 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
7 tbsp. milk

Combine all ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Place over simmering water; blend all ingredients until smooth. Remove from heat. Cool, stirring frequently, until frosting reaches desired spreading consistency. Yield: frosts 2 (9") round layers or 1 (9"x13") loaf.
