COWBOY SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans minestrone soup
2 cans of water (use empty soup can)

Brown beef, drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and optionally garlic powder. May also sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with crackers or crusty bread.
