PICANTE SAUCE 
2 cans (15 1/2 oz.) tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
4 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped fine
10 peppers (jalapeno, longhorn) sliced
1 can corn (sweet)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1 tsp. black pepper
2 c. water

Add all ingredients to large pan. Cook on stove for 30 minutes. Pour into jars. (Be sure to use follow proper canning instructions.) Makes approximately 8 jars.
