PAVLOVA 
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipped cream
Strawberries & kiwi fruit (passion fruit optional)

Beat egg whites until very stiff, gradually adding sugar. Lightly spray and dust with flour 1 (9 inch) pie dish. Fill with meringue mixture. Bake in very slow oven (250 degrees) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until it feels dry and crisp. Turn oven off, leave oven door ajar, cool pavlova in oven for 1 hour. Push crisp center down, top with whipped cream and fruit.
