IRISH SODA BREAD 
3 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 beaten eggs
1 3/4 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. melted butter

Sift dry ingredients. Stir in raisins. Combine eggs, buttermilk and melted butter. Stir all ingredients by hand until well mixed. Grease two 9 inch loaf pans. Pour batter into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
