BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sharp American cheese, grated
2 tbsp. water
2 c. minute rice, uncooked
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook broccoli, onion and water in a 2 quart covered casserole for 11 minutes, stirring once. Blend in soups, cheese and milk. Stir in uncooked rice and Worcestershire sauce. Cook, covered 10-11 minutes, stirring twice. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
