CREME CHANTILLY 
Serve in cream puffs or on fresh berries or as a topping to a special dessert.

1 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 tbsp. superfine sugar
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier

Beat the cream until it stands in soft peaks. Add the sugar and the Grand Marnier and beat 1/2 minute longer. Do not overbeat or the cream will separate.
