EGG & SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 slices white bread without crust
1 lb. Jones bulk sausage
Soft butter
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 c. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook sausage until done. Separate, drain, set aside. Spread butter on bread, cut into quarters. Place quarters (butter side down) in casserole (13 x 9 x 2 inch). Sprinkle with sausage, top with cheese. Combine rest and beat. Pour over bread/sausage mixture and chill at least 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
