VEGETABLE SQUASH PANCAKE 
2 c. grated or shredded squash (yellow or green), drain 10 minutes after grating
2 well beaten eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. grated cheese

Mix all together in a large bowl until blended. Drop by large teaspoonfuls in hot frying pan that is covered with a tablespoon of oil. Turn when brown. Fry both sides and serve.
