2 sticks butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 1/4 c. flour

Mix together. Chill dough overnight. Sprinkle dough with flour, roll thin. Cut 2 1/2 inch circles. Place 1/2 teaspoon preserves in circle, fold over, pinch with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes on ungreased sheet. Coat with confectioners' sugar. Makes 2-3 dozen.
