CREAM OF CRAB SOUP 
1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
1 qt. milk
1/2 lb. crab meat, remove all shells and flake
6 tbsp. unsalted butter
6 tbsp. flour
Dash white pepper

In saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour; add bouillon and stir well; add milk and continue to stir. Add crabmeat and white pepper. Cook 10 minutes over medium heat. Do not boil.
