TEX MEX PICANTE SAUCE | |
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, finely chopped 1 c. red onions, finely chopped 1 c. tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped 1/4 c. fresh lime juice 6 tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped 2 tbsp. olive oil Salt to taste Combine all ingredients. Let stand for 1 hour. Serve at room temperature. |
