TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 head lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. med. ripe olives, sliced
1 regular size bag Fritos
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. taco sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Brown meat, pour off fat. Add salt, pepper, oregano, chili powder, and ketchup. Set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, put lettuce, quartered tomatoes, cheese, and olives. Mix taco sauce and mayonnaise. Toss with lettuce and meat. When ready to serve, add Fritos.
