DILLY BEANS 
4 lbs. green beans
1/4 tsp. hot red pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1 clove garlic
5 c. vinegar
5 c. water
1/2 c. salt

Cut beans to fit jar and pack in jar with the first 4 dry ingredients. Bring water, vinegar and salt to boiling point and pour over beans. Wipe tops, put on lids and process for 5 minutes in hot water bath.
