BAKED OR BROILED CHILEAN SEA BASS | |
olive oil 4-6 Chilean sea bass (about 6 oz. each) green onions, chopped and diced SEASONING: Cajun or creole seasoning (Tony's) Old Bay seasoning red paprika (Spanish) salt and pepper, to taste thyme Preheat oven to 425°F. Oil broiler pan rack or baking pan with olive oil. Place sea bass on rack and season both sides. Place diced onions in pan as well. Bake at 425°F for about 15 to 20 minutes (depending on thickness of the fish, which can vary). Serve as is or with white rice, corn salsa or a sherry cream sauce. Serves 4 to 6. Submitted by: P.
