DINNER ROLLS 
2 c. lukewarm milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. or cakes of yeast
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
6 1/2 to 7 c. flour

Mix altogether and knead a little. Can be used right away or put in refrigerator. Use as much as you want, the rest will be good for a week. After dough has been in the refrigerator, rolls should stand 2 hours before baking or until it raises double. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Also used in raised doughnuts or cinnamon rolls.
