fallen Christmas tree needles
bay leaf
cloves
1 1/2 cups water

In small old pot (I use the same pot every year for this and keep it with my holiday decorations) add all ingredients with 1 1/2 cups water. Simmer.

VARIATION COMBINATIONS:

orange juice, cloves and cinnamon
apple juice, cardamom and cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla, clove, and maple syrup

The possibilities are endless and easy on the wallet!
