CHEESE POTATOES 
10 lb. baked potatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped onions

Cube potatoes (skin too) into buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix cheese, mayonnaise and onions; spread over potatoes. Put in refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
