8 to 10 med. to lg. potatoes 1 c. chopped onions 1 c. mayonnaise 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 lb. bacon Cook potatoes; let cool and slice into chunks or slices. Put potatoes in oblong casserole. Mix together cheese, mayonnaise and onions and put on top of potatoes. Lay sliced bacon on top of cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until brown and bubbly. |
