RALPH'S FAVORITE CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
2 or 3 c. chicken, cooked and cubed (I use all white meat)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise (I use light/low cholesterol)
1/2 tsp. curry powder or black pepper
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Slivered almonds
Bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients together except almonds and bread crumbs. Place in 2 quart casserole. Top with almonds and crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
