SPIFFY SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French fried onions
3/4 stick butter
Cracker crumbs or crushed potato chips

Cook spinach according to directions on package. Drain well. Heat soup and cream cheese to soften. Mix spinach and onions, add to soup and cream cheese, pour into a buttered casserole dish. Melt butter and add enough crumbs to absorb butter. Spread on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or so. Serves 4 to 6.
