CHRUSCIKI 
5 egg yolks
1 whole egg

Beat until lemon colored, then add: 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 jigger brandy 2 tbsp. sugar

Add 1/2 cup flour and mix, then add more flour by spoonfuls to make soft dough (so it is easy to roll).

Put on lightly floured board and knead until dough blisters. Cover with bowl and let rest 5-10 minutes. Roll out paper thin. The thinner the better, cut into 2 inch strips. Make slits and twist.
