SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thaw & drain
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 round loaf (uncut) pumpernickel bread

Mix all ingredients and chill in refrigerator overnight. Scoop out center of bread and "cube" the pieces removed. Fill with mixture and serve pieces on side to dip the spinach with.
