SPINACH DIP 
1 round pumpernickel bread
1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can water chestnuts
1 sm. chopped onion

Thaw spinach and drain off excess water. Chop (coarsely) all water chestnuts. Mix all ingredients.

Pumpernickel: Cut round hole in center. Place dip in round container and place in pumpernickel hole.

Serve with carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, crackers, etc.
