SPINACH DIP | |
1 sm. onion, finely chopped 1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped 1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix 11 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry 1 c. mayonnaise 8 oz. sour cream 1 unsliced loaf pumpernickel bread Hollow out center of bread, using this section, cut bread pieces into bite size cubes. Mix all dip ingredients and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Fill bread loaf with dip. |
