1 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1 c. peanut butter
5 c. Special K cereal
1 sm. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips

In a pan combine sugar and syrup and bring to a boil. Add peanut butter and stir until well blended. Add the 5 cups of Special K cereal and stir until all cereal is covered. Spread this mixture onto greased cake pan.

Melt butterscotch and chocolate chips and spread over warm bars. Let cool or refrigerate before cutting into bars.
