1 (6 oz.) jar instant non-dairy creamer
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. instant coffee crystals
Dash of salt

Combine above ingredients. Store in airtight container. Makes 2 cups mix.

For One Serving: Stir 1/4 cup cafe au lait mix into 2/3 cup boiling water in mug. Add a cinnamon stick stirrer and enjoy.
