BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
1 c. buttermilk
1 lg. carton whipped topping
Pecan pieces (optional)

Heat pineapple in saucepan, add Jello and continue to heat until Jello dissolves. Let mixture cool.

In large bowl, mix cooled ingredients and buttermilk, stir and add whipped topping. Pour into serving dish. Sprinkle pecan pieces over top. Serve cold.
