CRESCENT SURPRISE 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
3 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Melt butter and brown sugar. Cook 2 minutes. Add sour cream and cook 4 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and add cereal, nuts and coconut. Separate rolls and press into ungreased muffin tins. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar; spread about 1 teaspoon of this mixture on top of each roll. Put 1 tablespoon brown sugar mixture on top. Add the first mixture, dividing it evenly. Bake 11-15 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 8 rolls.
