1 lb. box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
4 oz. grated German chocolate
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
8 oz. sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water

Mix all ingredients into large mixing bowl. Pour into 1 pan of any size or shape (oblong, round, square, etc.). Preheat oven to 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. check with toothpick to make sure cake is done. Toothpick should come up clean.
