HAWAIIAN CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow or white cake mix
3 eggs
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 c. cold milk
9 oz. container Cool Whip
Chopped nuts and shredded coconut

Drain liquid from pineapple. You will need 1 1/3 cups. If you don't have enough juice, add water. Add the juice to the cake mix. Add eggs and beat well. Pour into a greased 11x16 inch pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Whip the cream cheese, pudding and milk together until smooth. Fold in the drained pineapple. Spread on the cooled cake. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut.

If using Pillsbury Plus cake mix, use 1 cup of juice and 1/3 cup of oil.
