CAKE:

1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can Mandarin oranges (do not drain)

Mix ingredients. Batter will be thick. Make 3 layers; cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding

Mix pineapple and pudding well; fold in Cool Whip and let it set in refrigerator for about 5 minutes. Frost and layer cake.
