HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
6 to 8 peeled potatoes
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 can whole kernel corn with juice
1 can creamed mushroom soup, with 1 can milk

Brown hamburger, onions, salt and pepper. Slice potatoes in bottom of casserole dish. Layer corn, hamburger and potatoes. Finish with potatoes. Pour soup and milk mixture over all. Bake, covered, at 350 to 375 degrees 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Can make it faster by boiling sliced potatoes until almost tender first, while browning hamburger.
