SKILLET MARZETTI 
1/2 c. uncooked noodles
10 oz. lean ground chuck
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. beef broth
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
5 oz. shredded cheese

Cook noodles; rinse, drain and set aside. Saute meat, onions, and garlic in a large skillet. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, including prepared noodles. Cook until hot and cheese is melted. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
