SALISBURY STEAK | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 tbsp. mustard 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. prepared horseradish (opt.) 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 egg 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. parsley Combine soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish. Blend well and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except water and 1/4 cup soup mixture. Shape into patties and brown; drain. Add soup mix and water and pour over patties. Cook over low heat, adding water if necessary. Just before serving add 1 jar drained, sliced mushrooms. |
