CRUNCHY PEA SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. thawed, but uncooked, frozen peas
1/2 c. sm. cauliflower florets
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
2 oz. broken cashew pieces
1 (12 oz.) bottle ranch dressing

Combine all ingredients. Serve very cold.
