FRESH APPLE CAKE 
1 cup salad oil
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
3 cups chopped apples
1 (6 oz.) pkg butterscotch chips

Mix eggs, oil, and sugar together. In separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients; add to egg mixture. Add walnuts and apples. Spread in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle chips on top.

Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes.

Bake one day before serving.
