HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. chopped celery
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 can bean sprouts
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. uncooked rice

Brown hamburger. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (1/2 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered.) Then cover with 1 can chow mein noodles and bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 8.
