VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix 1 c. Miracle Whip 3/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine 3/4 c. broccoli, chopped fine 3/4 c. tomatoes, chopped fine 3/4 c. cauliflower, chopped fine 3/4 c. mushrooms, chopped fine 3/4 c. grated carrots 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese Cover bottom of 12 x 18 inch jelly roll pan with crescent rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes, or until lightly brown. Let cool 10-12 minutes. Beat cream cheese, salad dressing and dressing mix until smooth. Spread on crust. Mix vegetables together in a bowl and sprinkle on top. Top with cheese. Refrigerate. Cut into serving pieces and serve when thoroughly chilled. |
