LEMON - LIME CONGEALED SALAD 
1 carton dry curd or sm. curd cottage cheese
1 sm. pkg. lemon jello
1 sm. pkg. lime jello
1 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped celery

In 2 cups boiling water, dissolve jello until well-blended. Cool. Blend evaporated milk and lemon juice into cooled jello. Chill until it starts to thicken (about 1 hour). Fold in cottage cheese, pineapple, nuts and celery. Pour into molds, return to refrigerator until well jelled. Serves 8.
