OVEN CARAMEL POPCORN 
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
6 qt. popped corn
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. butter flavoring
Nuts if desired

Boil brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda and butter flavoring; stir well. Pour over popped corn and nuts. Spread on a cookie sheet.

Place in oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring at 15 minute intervals. Remove from oven and cool. Store in covered container to keep crisp.
