LYNDA'S OVEN CARAMEL POPCORN | |
3 3/4 qt. popped corn 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. light corn syrup 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda Hat sugar, butter and corn syrup until bubbling at edges. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Take off stove; stir in soda until foamy. Divide corn into 2 ungreased pans and pour over ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2-1 hour, depending on taste. Stir popcorn occasionally. |
