CHICKEN A LA KING 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. coffee cream
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 green pepper, minced
1 c. mushrooms
1 pimento, cut in strips
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 tsp. salt

Melt butter in pan; add mushrooms and green pepper. Cook 3 minutes. Blend in flour, gradually add milk and coffee cream. Stir until thick. Add pimento, chicken and salt. Stir in egg yolks; cook 1 minute. Serve on hot toast.
