MICROWAVE CHICKEN A LA KING 
1/2 lb. sm. mushrooms
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and pearl onions, rinsed under hot water to thaw

Precook chicken 4 to 6 minutes in microwave on high. Set aside. In 12 x 8 inch baking dish, cook mushrooms, soup, and pepper (covered) on high for 4 to 6 minutes. Stir half way through cooking time. Add chicken to baking dish. Cook, covered, on high 6 to 8 minutes until chicken is tender, stirring and rearranging half way through cooking. Stir in peas. Cook, covered, 1 to 2 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
