CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE 
8 oz. Rotelle pasta
2 whole chicken breasts
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. fresh broccoli florets
2 med. size tomatoes, cut in wedges

BASIL MAYONNAISE DRESSING:

1/2 c. walnut pieces
Fresh basil leaves
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. mayonnaise

Bake chicken in microwave with butter. Cool, tear in narrow strips, discard skin and bones. Cook pasta according to directions, adding broccoli last 2 minutes of cooking time. Drain, place under running cold water to prevent sticking. Toss all ingredients with dressing. May also use green beans and zucchini.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
