MEXICAN CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 sm. can green chili peppers

Mix first 5 ingredients in ungreased baking dish. Add 1/2 cup grated cheese and green chilies. Sprinkle a little grated cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
